I’m Sarah Henry, a racial diversity consultant for businesses and professionals. I specialise in supporting business professionals to mobilise their anti-racist knowledge into confident and sustainable action within the workplace.
I provide collaborative training, consultancy and developmental support for organisations and individuals who struggle and feel vulnerable in conversations about race, racial identity and racism. My approach is empathic and non-judgemental using my experiences as a therapist, a tutor and my personal experiences of my own racial identity.
