What is Theory Club?
Put simply, Theory club gives you the Person-Centred grounding that you need as you develop through your counselling training.
In each stand-alone session, we spend 2 hours exploring theoretical concepts within the Person-Centred Approach. I bring my experience as a Person-Centred therapist, my experience as an educator to give you inspiring access to Person-Centred concepts that you need in order to practice with confidence.
No more reading Carl Rogers' books! Theory Club isn't academic study; it's a playful and normalised view of the concepts that can feel intimidating and confusing if they're missed out of the classroom. In our most recent session we considered Necessary and Sufficient Condition 4 in relation to Netflix. Yes, learning through watching Netflix!
